CROWNE MX-30
This is a highly alkaline cleaner designed for tough jobs in all food plants. Floors, chemical resistant or unpainted walls, soaking of stainless pipes and parts and removal of marks on vats from transportation are just a few of the applications it can handle. One big advantage for MX-30 is it can be used strong for tough jobs or diluted considerably and used as a general cleaner making it very cost efficient. MX-30 will perform effectively in hard or soft water and is a free rinsing product.

Ultra Heavy Duty Cleaner and Degreaser
Crowne Solv #3 contains a blend of organic surfactants and inorganic detergents combined with the special degreasing power of butyl cleaners. It strips away animal fats, vegetable oils, grime and carbonized deposits, as well as petroleum greases and oils. This ultra heavy-duty cleaner concentrate is ideal for use in commercial and institutional kitchens for cleaning hoods, grills, floors walls and equipment. Recommended dilutions range from 1:5 parts water for stubborn cleaning problems, up to 1:15 for light duty use. USDA Authorized.

This neutral pH dishwashing detergent is specially designed for industrial, institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and long-lasting suds are a must. Ideal for cleaning pots, pans and dishes, this product works quickly and leaves surfaces spot and film free. Made from only the finest anionic and nonionic surfactants, this formulation rinses quickly and easily. Although tough on grease and fat, this lotion dishwasher contains emollients to protect and condition the hands. This dishwasher is also excellent for hand washing delicate fabrics such as rayon, silk, orlon, nylon and dacron.

Crowne Ice Machine Cleaner
Nickel Safe Turn off refrigeration and water supply before use. Remove parts that may need descaling. Mix 2-3 oz. of CIMC per gallon of warm water in plastic container and soak parts until they are scale free. Use a soft brush for added agitation. CIMC also cleans storage bins and other areas where scale has formed. Also cleans evaporator and the entire recirculating water system. Use 4 5oz. Per gallon for this use. After finishing, drain solution and flush thoroughly with fresh water. Return service to machine. Discard initial batch of ice.
Crowne 007 Multipurpose Degreaser
For general degreasing including floors, grills, ovens, drive thru areas, parking lots, dumpsters, umbrellas, awnings, formica surfaces and floors mats. Biodegradable 007 is a high-performance multipurpose degreaser Excellent to remove and emulsify greasy soils, carbon and heavy soils. Use 007 on kitchen floor areas, floor mats, oven and grills, awnings umbrellas, outside drive thru areas, kitchen hoods and dumpsters. Not recommended for use on polished aluminum surfaces.
Crowne CX-90
Is a ready to dilute multiple purpose liquid acidic complex cleaning compound for removing rust, lime scale and metal corrosion from equipment as well as from brass and copper, for cleaning rust and corrosion from most metals (even chrome and stainless steel), for removing light coatings of plaster and concrete, and for etching concrete. It’s THE replacement for muriatic acid and other strong acid compounds.

Directions:
To clean shower stalls, fixtures, drinking fountains, ceramic tile, floors and walls, use 2 oz. detergent per gallon of water. To clean and brighten stainless steel, aluminum copper and chrome, use full strength, rinse and wipe dry. To delime automatic dishwashers, use 2oz detergent to each gallon of water in wash or rinse tank of machine. Run for 15 minutes. Drain. Follow with dishwashing detergent. To remove water spots from glasses, use 2oz. Per gallon.

The removal of heavily encrusted grease and carbon from ovens, grills and smokehouses requires a special type of cleaner. Oven & Grill Cleaner is a highly concentrated cleaner that utilizes the strength of potent alkaline detergents and grease cutters to remove tough deposits with ease. High energy foaming additives produce a “super cling” foam that allows for deep penetration through baked-on grease and grime.
